Instructions for poster abstract submission

Deadline: march 15, 2012

Chosen abstracts will be selected for presentation at either an oral or poster session.

The Scientific Committee reminds the attendees that the material deemed appropriate for presentation at the symposium should have the following characteristics:

Original, and new scientific work.

Submitted abstracts must adhere to the following specifications:

Abstract preparation:

Text (including title, authors and affiliation) must be limited to 3000 characters under the headings of Introduction;

Material and Methods; Results; and Main Conclusions.

Abstracts should be in English.

Abstracts must be formatted as a Microsoft Word document and single-spaced

font: Arial size 12

margins: exactly 1 inch on all sides

Abstract title:

Group the authors together - last name followed by first initial and middle initial. Omit academic degrees and titles.

Group institutions together, and provide institution names, cities, countries.

Indicate the e-mail of the corresponding author at the end of the text.

Accepted abstracts will only be included in the abstract book and CD when the presenting author pay the registration fee..
