Information for Speakers

• The Registration desk will be open in the first day of the event, on your arrival. Please stop by and pick up your registration materials. You can also sign up for additional city tours.

• Upon registration, all participants and their registered guests will receive coupons for the activities (cultural tours, lunches, and dinners) they signed up for, previously. Please do not loose these coupons, as they will be your admittance tickets for paid activities.

• All conference abstracts will be available to registered participants in a CD-ROM, as a courtesy of the conference sponsors.

• Meeting rooms will have a PC and a slide-projector for presentations. Please bring handout copies of your presentation.
